About us
Hi there! I'm Nicole — a registered nurse turned entrepreneur, travel enthusiast, and lover of all things design and hospitality. After visiting 30+ countries and staying in countless unique spaces around the world, I fell in love with the art of creating experiences that feel both luxurious and deeply personal.
That passion inspired me to launch WanderLuxe, a space where comfort meets style, and every detail is curated with care. My goal is to give guests a five-star experience that still feels like home — where you can unwind, recharge, and make lasting memories.

Directions
From Sky Harbor Airport
The drive is approximately 6.1 miles and takes 12–15 minutes depending on traffic.
- 1.Exit the airport onto E Sky Harbor Blvd
- 2.Take AZ-143 North toward Phoenix
- 3.Merge onto I-10 West
- 4.Exit at 32nd Street, head north
- 5.Turn right on E Earll Dr
- 6.Continue to 3645 E Earll Dr — will be on your right
Rideshare
UberX or Lyft from the airport typically costs $15–$30 and takes 12–20 minutes depending on terminal pickup and traffic.
Parking
Free street parking is available directly in front of the home on 37th Street. For more secure parking, use our two-car garage — enter the home using your smart lock code. The garage is the first door to the left inside. The garage button is on the wall as you enter.
A garage door opener will be provided for your convenience during your stay.

Checking in
Smart Lock Access
The home is equipped with a smart lock. You will receive a personalised door code that activates at check-in and deactivates at check-out.
To unlock: Touch any key to light up the numbers, then type in your code.
To lock: Touch the YALE logo or the CHECK mark on the keypad.
Garage Access
Enter the home using the smart lock code. The garage is the first door to the left inside. The garage button is right on the wall as you enter. You will be provided with a garage door opener for your stay.

Inside the Home
Settling in
Television
All TVs are smart TVs set up in Guest Mode. Select your checkout date, scan the QR code, and log into all your own accounts — pick up right where you left off at home.
Kitchen
Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply tea and coffee, as well as cooking necessities should you wish to cook.
Laundry
Laundry machines are in the closet at the base of the stairs. Detergent and dryer sheets are in the first floor bathroom sink cabinet. If washing sheets or towels, please only wash with other white items.
Garbage
Dispose of all garbage using the designated cans provided. If you need to take out garbage, bring it to the bins located outside the garage. Please do not bring the bins inside the garage.
Technical Issues
If there are any technical issues during your stay — electrical, plumbing, or appliance related — please be in touch immediately. We will always do our best to remedy any issues as quickly as possible.
Streaming Subscriptions
If you don't have access to streaming subscriptions, please message Nicole directly and she'll help get you sorted.

The pool is a community, unattended pool to be used at your own discretion. Please be mindful of the swimming capabilities of all members of your group.

House Rules
We aren't looking to be party poopers — our house rules are in place to ensure the safety of all guests and team members. Full house rules are available online. Should you have any questions, please reach out.
- 1 Please be respectful of our home, as well as any other guests on the property and our team members on site and online.
- 2 Should you violate our house rules, there will be repercussions. Violations may result in fines or termination of your stay.
- 3 Smoke-Free Community: This is a strictly smoke/drug-free property. No smoking, drug use, or use of fire is prohibited anywhere on the premises.
- 4 No Parties / Quiet Hours: Parties, events, loud gatherings, and high-volume music are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM.
- 5 Pets: Dogs are allowed case-by-case and must be approved before arrival.
- 6 Guest Verification: ID verification is required prior to check-in. Failure to complete verification may delay or prevent access.

Departure
Before you go
- Strip the beds of all linens
- If any dishes were used, please load them in the dishwasher
- Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked (only lock the smart lock — not the door handle)
- Turn off all lights and electronics
- Empty the fridge and cabinets of any food
- Collect all garbage and put in the trash can outside the garage
- Return all furniture and items to their original location
