You receive consistent, guaranteed income without dealing with vacancies or tenant turnover.

3. Do I need special insurance?

We maintain our own commercial liability and short-term rental insurance.
We also recommend landlords contact their insurance provider to ensure their property policy is up to date.

4. How do you screen your guests?

All guests are verified through a combination of:

  • Government ID checks

  • Background and profile screening (via Airbnb/Booking platforms)

  • Security deposit and payment verification

  • Age and identity confirmation

  • We keep strict rules to ensure the property remains respected and safe.

5. How do you protect the property?

For Guests…

1. What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability.

2. Is there parking available?

Yes, we offer free on-site parking for guests. If you’re traveling with multiple vehicles, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you.

3. How far is the property from local attractions?

Our property is conveniently located close to major attractions:

  • Upon check-in you will recieve a custom guidebook specific for you location complete with all our local favorites.

  • We’re happy to provide addotional recommendations, if what your looking for is not in the guiden=book, just ask!

4. What amenities are included with the stay?

Guests enjoy a full range of amenities, including:

  • High-speed Wi-Fi

  • Fully equipped kitchen

  • Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries

  • Complimentary coffee & tea

  • Smart TV with streaming options

  • Heating and air conditioning

5. Is the property family-friendly?

Yes! Our space is suitable for families and includes comfortable sleeping arrangements, a safe environment, and nearby family attractions. Baby gear may be available upon request.

6. Do you allow pets?

Yes! We welcome pets with love! (with prior approval)

  • Well behaved pets are welcomed (max 2)

    1. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing more than 1 pet

  • Pets must be house-trained, non-aggressive, and well-behaved

  • Please clean up after your pets, keep pets off the furniture and beds and dont leave them unattended. 

7. Is the kitchen fully stocked?

Yes, the kitchen includes:

  • Pots, pans, dishes, glasses, wine glasses and utensils

  • Stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator

  • Coffee maker & kettle

  • Basic cooking essentials (oil, salt, pepper, etc.)

  • If something is missing, please let us know!

8. Is the property cleaned professionally?

Absolutely. Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest’s arrival to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

If you book through Airbnb, we follow Airbnb’s Flexible Cancellation policy.

If you book Direct, Please refer to the Cancellation Policy at the time of booking.

If you have questions about your reservation, feel free to reach out.

10. How do I check in?

We offer self-check-in with a secure smart lock/lockbox. You will receive your check-in instructions via Direct Message/ Text before your arrival.

11. Are there any house rules I should know about?

Our main rules include:

(Evidence of breaking our house reles will terminate your agreement and be subject to a fine)

  • No smoking of any kind.

  • No unregistered guests- All guests staying at the property must be registered.

  • Quiet hours 8 AM- 10 PM

  • No parties, gatherings, or loud music.

  • Full house rules are listed in your “House Rules” section of your reservation.

12. How do I contact you during my stay?

You can reach us anytime through the Airbnb messaging app. We respond quickly and are happy to help with any questions.

If you book Direct, you will be given contact information with your check in instructions. Our team is available 24/7.
